Just want to say upfront: This shipment is spot on.
Our incoming inspection results have been very encouraging. The weight came in consistently at around 12.5 OZ across multiple rolls, with a deviation of no more than 0.2 OZ — the hand-feel is firm and the body is substantial, exactly what we need to ensure the garments hold their shape. The width is also uniform throughout, sitting nicely at 58 to 59 inches, and our cutting team reported virtually zero waste — the layout runs smoothly with no issues.
What impressed us most is the wash effect. The marbled contrast is excellent — the veining looks natural and organic, perfectly matching the approved sample, without the "too loud or too blurry" problem we sometimes see. Colorfastness also passed with flying colors: dry 4, wet 3.5, easily meeting EU and US standards. Skewness is within 3%, so our sewing team didn't experience any twisting or shifting during production — everything went smoothly on the factory floor.
To be honest, getting a sample right is one thing. But delivering that same quality consistently across the entire bulk — that's where you really stand out. And you nailed it. For us, that means fewer headaches and much less back-and-forth.
A few next steps: we have a new order of roughly 40,000 yards for next season, and I'll send over the formal inquiry by this week — pricing is flexible, just keep the quality at this level. I'll also be adding your company to our A-List Supplier Pool, which means more exclusive opportunities for next year's collection.
